6'3 1/2" Katerina from Greece gives some advice

This is a collection of chapters that was compiled for this website, directed to young ladies. The information provided is truthful, practical, aimed to inform as well as entertain you. Enjoy!

CHAPTER 4: Tall teenage girls victims of male stupidity…

As a teenager I was expecting the tall guys to ask me out. They were the only ones who wouldn't! On top of that I was the best or among the best students, which made things even worse as it, made me even more inapproachable. I remember that they were girls that ALL guys would approach: Tall, short, blonde… what was exceptional about them?

Nothing! Exactly nothing! They were just accessible. Easy targets. I do know that it gets lonely and yes I do know that you see the short ,curly blonde one with the chewing gum to get the boys. Because she is convenient….Lets not repeat ourselves…But at the end of the day why you should be the one who loses? And why you should be the one who is unmercifully teased?

How strong can a young person be to resist peer pressure at that age? These are scars that stay with you for ever…. I truly believe that people tend to be more alike as they grow older because circumstances force them to conform. Therefore the genuine character of a person is shown before the age 18 maximum 20.Scientifically before the age of 18 you are not really conscious of what you are doing. With boys things are even worse as they are at least 3 years behind girls in emotional maturity terms.

My advice is one: Trust your gut feeling for what you are!

Instinctively this will guide you the best. Whenever I lost faith to my self is when I was brainwashed from so-called friends and others who simply didn't have the brains to go beyond what they knew... People are so afraid to stand on their own therefore they tend to form alliances and attack whoever is not part of them.At an early age the situation is even worse.

So, if you are in your teenage years, keep this friendly advice in mind… With time things become easier…. guaranteed!
