Use a disposable email address (There's a service called Spamgourmet where you can get one of these. If you have a Yahoo Account you can also use their disposable address service.) Never give out your telephone number or address details unless you are 100 percent sure who you are dealing with. If you think you are being stalked talk to your local law enforcement agency. There are anti-stalking laws in place in most countries so they should be able to do something about it. You should also go to a website like StalkingVictims.com for added information.
