Welcome to Rhonda Lynette - We are a company based in Raleigh, North Carolina, everything is made right here in the U.S.! We are a clothing brand that caters to tall women’s apparel. The designs, pattern work, and sewing are made in Rhonda’s sewing room. Every garment is sewn with love and care and made specifically for you. We strive to empower every tall woman to love their height and to feel comfortable, confident, independent and beautiful. Tall comes in every shape and size and we’re proud to offer stylish trends in extended sizes and long inseams. About The Designer
I’m Rhonda, at 5’10” (I made the cut to be considered tall hahaha!) I understand “tall”. As someone who loves trends and new styles, it’s super hard for me to find jeans and pants that are long enough for my long legs. I have a long torso and broad shoulders as well, so it was even harder finding cute tops that fit me correctly without me pulling at the shoulders and pulling my sleeves down. So, I know if I’m having issues with finding clothes that fit me properly that you beautiful tall women who are 6 foot and taller have problems as well. There is always a plus size section and even petite size sections in department stores and boutiques, but you never see a TALL section for us women. That sucks! Yes, we are a specialty niche, but we want to be included in the latest styles and trends as well. So, with a bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising and Design I want to make a change and be a voice for tall women. I want to be a brand that makes a difference and change within the fashion and clothing industry.
As a wife and mother of two girls I want to leave behind an amazing legacy that can change lives for other tall women. My daughters are growing fast, so I know they are going to be my height or taller when they get older, so Rhonda Lynette will be close to their hearts as well. I want Rhonda Lynette to not just be an online boutique for tall women, but I want to branch out and have a tall section in brick and mortar boutiques, department stores, and clothing stores. I’m just a creative tall girl with a BIG dream and as a small business owner my love, dedication,and craftsmanship is sewn in every piece of clothing.
