Hi, my name is Jillian and I have been obsessing everyday about my height since I was 12 years of age. I'm 22 now and I have taught myself to LOVE and ACCEPT being tall. I won't lie to you and say that I have always loved it because like so many other women on this planet I was made fun of a lot in middle school.

It makes me SO mad that girls get bullied for being tall. Bullying of any kind for any "reason" makes me sick. Nobody deserves to be bullied and there is no justifiable need for it. We are all beautiful and perfect just the way we are. I appreciate the fact that women are embracing being tall and saying that God has blessed them with their height (so true and inspiring!). My mother and grandmother say this to me quite often.

To all of the young tall girls out there: don't be ashamed to be who you are. You're beautiful, and please don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise. I have come along way from getting depressed or angry at someone's comment of my height. Like when someone says "You're so tall." I take it as a compliment because that's exactly what it is. A compliment. Modelling agencies want their models tall. Tall is beautiful. Keep your head up, stand straight and walk tall. Love yourself forever!
